Oral-B Stages Party

Recently, we had a FABULOUS Oral-B Stages party for the kiddos. Baby D is at the age where oral hygiene has become very important. The kid has a mouthful of bright white teeth. We want to make sure they stay that way!

A handful of fellow moms (and dads) got together on a cool but bright afternoon to learn about how to make tooth brushing fun for our toddlers. Oral-B and MommyParties sent over a package that are ideal for children 4-months through 4 years old  We received Disney's Winnie the Pooh Toothbrushes, as well as Cars, Toy Story and Princess toothpastes. In addition to the toothbrushes and toothpaste we also received popcorn/popcorn boxes, movie ticket invites, goodie bags, activity ideas, recipes, and money saving coupons.
We had a blast competing to see who could brush each tooth within 90 seconds. The kids loved having their own special child-sized toothbrushes and pastes and the parents loved the tips and gift bags they left the party with! The sweet coupons were incentive enough for my thrifty pals to keep the kids on a tooth brushing regimen!

Here are some tips from Oral-B for making tooth brushing fun for your young children:
  • Brush with your child to set a good example.
  • Sing a song, recite a nursery rhyme or watch this music video with your child to make the recommended two-minute brushing time pass more quickly.
  • Use Oral-B Stages toothbrushes featuring your child's favorite character and toothpaste in kid-approved flavors.
  • Create a brushing chart to record each time your child brushes, incorporating check boxes for morning and evening. When the chart is completely filled in, treat your child to a reward for brushing and flossing regularly.
With all the sweet treats you and the kids will be enjoying this season, make sure the wee ones brush at least twice a day. My baby's bright smile is worth it!

Disclosure : Thank you to Mom Select, MommyParties and Oral-B who provided the complimentary products in exchange for my review. As always, my opinions are 100% honest.
