Leap Frog Touch Magic Rock n' Learn Party

Last week, we hosted a LeapFrog Touch Magic "Rock 'n Learn" party. I was previously familiar with LeapFrog products, but the Touch Magic line was new to our family.
Everyone was exited to explore their new LeapFrog Touch Magic toys. We received a box full of Leap Frog goodies including the new Touch Magic Learning Bus and 2 Touch Magic Rockin' Guitars. We invited some of Baby D's buddies over and had a rockin' good time playing with the Rockin' Guitar and Learning Bus while singing, dancing and playing games.

The parents liked the ease of use of both the guitar and school bus. They also liked the lightweight, not-able-to-easily-use-as-a-weapon-ness quality of the both. The guitar won out as the favorite of the the two (but only by a margin) because of the children's ability to strap the guitar around their bodies and strum away as they walked about the party.

Surprisingly, the volume (there were two settings) and the songs from both the guitar and school bus were not annoying - they were actually very clear and just long enough to keep the toddlers entertained and singing along.

The Touch Magic technology gave the little guys feedback similar to the screens on our smartphones, so they really seemed to enjoy the ability to control the modes of songs and games.

These struck me as great, affordable gifts for toddler birthday parties. Both the Touch Magic Rockin' Guitar & the Touch Magic Learning Bus are now available at retailers nationwide including Target. They retail for $24.99 each.
